No, we only sell the IPTV receivers. You must have the channels programmed by a third party yourself. We do not sell subscriptions for IPTV except subscriptions for Redline products.

You can return your product within 14 days for no reason. But also for repairs or to exchange your product if you are not satisfied.

Most likely, the confirmation email has been considered ‘spam’ and the confirmation email is in your ‘spam box’ or under ‘unwanted email’. This can happen if your provider’s spam filters are set so that the confirmation email is considered ‘spam’. Or if you use ‘hotmail’, ‘yahoo’, ‘gmail’ or other similar (free) providers, there is a good chance that the confirmation email will be regarded as ‘spam’. You may also have made a typing error while ordering. Please contact us to be sure.

Are you sure that you have entered all your details correctly when ordering? If you have nevertheless not received a confirmation email, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Confirmation email not received”. Provide your details and ordered products and we will check this, and if possible e-mail the confirmation again.

If you want to change your order, this is possible until your package has been shipped. It is advisable to contact our customer service as soon as possible, you can also send an email. We deal with our emails immediately and ensure that the changes are implemented.

Post UK’s Track and Trace service ensures that you can easily track your order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a code, which you enter on the Track and Trace page of Post UK. You will then see the current status of your shipped package.

The receiver is not programmed by default and comes with standard software. This software is not suitable in combination with the smart card of, for example, SKy UK, …..
We therefore recommend that you choose to have it preprogrammed when ordering the receiver. You can select this before placing the product in the shopping cart.
